What we ask you to agree to

A one-minute read. These points are about the village as much as the house: reading them now means you can enjoy your stay without holding back once you are here.

1. 01No parties, no events.
2. 02No music, karaoke or musical instruments outdoors, especially around the pool.
3. 03No noise in the garden after 10pm. A midnight swim is fine, without diving or bombing.
4. 04Children play freely between the pool and the trampoline; it is up to parents to keep constant shrieking in check, as it carries a long way.
5. 05Keep the street clear: stop in front of the house only long enough to unload bags and shopping, then go and park.
6. 06The evening carries on downstairs: billiard room, sitting room, kitchen.
7. 07No drone take-off from the garden without authorisation from the relevant authorities.
8. 08E-bikes: let us know before you arrive, as the batteries are charged in a ventilated room.
